Dental Health Activities
Day 2: Students will explore the importance of good oral hygiene and how to keep their teeth strong and healthy. Through hands-on demonstrations, fun games, and informative talks, they’ll learn about:
- How to brush and floss properly
- The importance of regular dental check-ups
- Foods that are good (and not so good) for our teeth
- How sugar affects oral health
- Building healthy daily habits for a lifetime of strong teeth
